As a therapist, it is my desire is to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can be truly heard and understood. 

In your free initial consultation call, I will ask a few questions that will help tailor my approach to your individual needs. Based on what you are seeking, I will present some possibilities of what therapy would look like if we worked together!

My Approach & Values

As a Christ follower, I practice from a faith-based perspective, and believe true and complete healing comes from our relationship with Christ. I enjoy working with children, individuals, adolescents, couples, families, and women. A few areas of focus include identity, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and trauma. Asking for help can be difficult, but can also be a game changer. Therapy is a great way to improve your quality of life, and could be exactly what you are needing during this season of life. Don’t be afraid to seek out help today!
