While many elements factor into therapy being successful for an individual, it is a highly researched fact that each client needs to feel accepted and understood by their therapist. As a therapist, it is my desire is to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can be truly heard and understood.
In your free initial consultation call, I will ask a few questions that will help tailor my approach to your individual needs. Based on what you are seeking, I will present some possibilities of what therapy would look like if we worked together!
